IIS and SMTP - Mail sent TO Exchange fails

Mail sent TO Exchange fails

Any ideas as to why I get the following error in Exchange 2000. I can send
emails outbound from exchange but cant accept inbound messages (receive
message below. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
