IIS and SMTP - SMTP Smarthosting

Hello All -

I have setup a second smtp virtual server to handle email for a remote
domain. The default domain of this virtual server is domainb.com, while
domaina.com is in the default virtual server as a local domain. It is setup
as a secondary smtp server because it needs its own ip address.

OK....it's setup and and I put the domain this email is to be forwarded to
in the smarthost field. But my mail still just stays in the drop folder.
Why is my mail not transferring to the domain listed in the smarthost?
