Hi all,

Quick question - Can I somehow link my local NNTP server to an eternal NNTP
server to pick up its newsgroups?

I would like to supply certain external groups to my network - especially
several Microsoft ones - but not allow the users access to others.

Alternatively is there a facility to "filter" newsgroups available to users?

Terry

IIRC, you need the cooperation of the feeding news server to do this.
As to whether it is possible to do what you want... Yes, you can do
this.
