IIS and SMTP - unauthorised mails in queue folder

hi

I am using windows 200o server withh IIS SMTP
some sites are hosted on this server.

SMTP is configured with relay option.NO open relay.

But still more that 1000 mails are getting filled up in queue folder.
all mails are kind of newsletter/advertisements,from and to addresses are
unauthorised.

could not find anything after virus scann.

i need to trace from where these mails are getting generated on my
webserver. any scripts is ruung in my data. etc etc..

any suggestions???
