Sending the Bad Mails to the Sender

I am using SMTP server of Windows 2000 to send out mails. When some mails
cannot be delivered, server puts them under the bad mail folder. Is it
possible to send them to the actual sender of the mail instead of putting
them in the bad mail folder?
