IIS and SMTP - mails not going out

Greetings all:

I received reports that mails are not coming into
people inbox. I checked and saw that the queue
was not being processed. I stopped/restarted smtp
service and mails started flowing again.

Any suggestion?

I had this problem with MS SMTP and then I bouth another mail server program

Might want to look into that.
