Send Email in Russian and or Greek with CDOSYS

I am having heaps of problems setting up CDOSYS to send email in russian or
greek characters.

Especially for the Subject Line.

Have treid many ways sending, in utf-8 or the windows-1205 for russian all
to no avail.

As anyone got any solutions or examples
