Successful Emails Stuck in queue

I am having a strange issue, where occasionally successfully sent emails end up back in the queue only to be sent again...over and over and over.

Twice today it happened both recipients are MSN.com addys.

Where can I start with troubleshooting this...support.microsoft.com didn't have anything I could use.
