Where is my "new" option? HELP????

Hello,
This probably falls under a permissions issue but I am desperate. I am
logged into a server with full admin rights and when I rightclick on the
local computer name I do not have the "new" option to add a new Virtual SMTP
server.
Have reloaded IIS and SMTP no change. What do I need in my permissions to
see this option?
