Author Problem creating NNTP Virtual Server

I have set up a Windows Server 2003 test server and am setting up Exchange
Server 2003 on it. But I can't create the NNTP Virtual Server in IIS from
the MMC. I get an instant "Overlapped I/O operation is in progress"
message. I have shut off all Web sites and the SMTP Virtual Server. Any
ideas?

Got it. The NNTP Service was not installed in Windows Components. Strange
error message - gave absolutely no help in finding a solution.
