IIS and SMTP - W3SVC

I have a Exchange Server 2000 (SP3) on a Windows Server 2000 (SP4) computer.
After reload a server I'm receviong next message in the Event Log:
Source: W3SVC
ID: 105
The server did not manage to register the found data on a control facility.
The control facility, possibly, does not see the given server. Data contain
an error code. For reception of additional data according to visit unit of
technical support of corporation Microsoft: http: //
www.microsoft.com/contentredirect.asp

What's the problem?
