IIS and SMTP - Hosting Multiple Mail Domains

Windows 2003 Server SP1
IIS 6

I have a IIS server acting as my SMTP Relay.
Incomming mail addressed to 5 different domains is accepted and then passed
to the internal domain. Outgoing mail is relayed through this server.

The problem is this, when outgoing mail is received from this server the
headers say "Received: from mail.<X>.com, <X> being whatever mail domain was
last setup. How can I permenatly set this to our main domain name?
