Pls expand on your question.

Are you talking about relaying mail only for remote senders who use
(or spoof) the @century.com envelope domain, yet who cannot be given
SMTP AUTH credentials?

Or are you talking about relaying mail only from a set of known remote
IPS that belong to the century.com domain (and whose users naturally
also use that domain as their envelope sender domain)?

Or is century.com a domain you use in your Recipient Policies, and
you're talking about relaying mail from the Exchange IS to the SMTP
service only for those users who have an SMTP proxyAddress at the
century.com domain?

These are all substantially different scenarios that could be
interpretations of your question. I'd also like to make sure that you
mean "relay" and not "accept" -- also very different.
