I have an SMTP server set up on my home network. It can send & receive email
from the internet just fine. So if I send an email to user@hotmail.com
using my local SMTP server, the email arrives fine at the destination
domain.

However, it seems my ISP blocks port 25, because, using telnet, I can't
connect to any outside SMTP server.

So how does the IIS SMTP server do it?
