IIS SMTP doesn't send mail

| I have a problem in my IIS server, since I configured ISA'04 as a Relay SMTP
Sever for my Exchange Server.
The problem is with a Web form (ASP.Net) in my IIS server, which sends mail
once submmited the form, to various recipients in order to answer information
request from my visitors.
In the other hand, my ISA'04 deployment, allows me to relay all mail sent to
my domain on behalf of my Exchange. It's a common security scenario, since
ISA'04 smtp filter, rejects all mail that's not addressed to my domain.
That's when this issue becomes a pain in the neck, all mail received is
stucked in Inetpub\mailroot\Queue Folder. In event viewer I receive a SMTPSVC
/ 4000 (Source / Event ID) log, then a SMTPSVC / 4006 log.
There's something I have to do, or don't do it, in order my SMTP service in
my IIS server can send e-mail messages as it used to do it?
Thanks in advance... I hope to expressed my self enough clear, in this
subject.
