The IIS NNTP server only does NNTP, not web access. You can use third
party software to add a web interface, such as our MPNews server - see

Does Microsoft offer a NNTP Internet solution?

| NNTP is an Internet protocol.......
You can access via any NNTP client, like Outlook express, Agent, etc
The web interface I'm referring is the 'web page' interface for the NNTP
access.

Okay so I can setup an Internet based NNTP service on my home computer using
ADSL under Server 2003 that will operate just like any other NNTP service
and can be accessed remotely over the Internet via a newsgroup client
software like Outlook Express?

| Yes, Dave. You are correct. Just ensure you have correct port forwarding to
the request and your ISP is not blocking the NNTP port.
