| Hi,
I've got SMTP server setup on a W2K3 server which is sittiling behind ISA
2004. There's a W2K3 domain controller with DNS running on it. I've
configured ISA to allow outgoing SMTP traffic. However, ougoing mail get
stuck in the queue. Event log shows the following error:
Event Type: Warning
Event Source: smtpsvc
Event Category: None
Event ID: 4000
Date: 4/19/2006
Time: 8:08:11 AM
User: N/A
Computer: TTServer
Description:
Message delivery to the remote domain 'xteranet.com' failed for the
following reason: Unable to bind to the destination server in DNS.
Can somebody give me a suggestion?
Thanks,
Gilgamesh

| Verify that DNS resolution is working properly.
Cheers
