Please, help me with a simple intranet NNTP service
(IIS5 on a standalone Windows 2000 Server, no Exchange Server).

What do i want is as follows:
1. Do show control.* groups to administrators only.
2. Do provide "cancel message" functionality for all users.

Is it possible to reconcile these?
If yes, how can i accomplish this?

I see, news.microsoft.com (IIS 6) does it.

I've tried known howto (kb268092), but if control.cancel
is not visible to the user, she can't "cancel message".

Thanks in advance.

If someone is interested in this..
You can see what actually happens.
1. Try post any test on news://igor.ath.cx
2. Try cancel your message.
