IIS and SMTP - SMTP/POP3 servers

I am sorta' lost. I have set up a virtual (not the default) SMTP server and
POP3
server on my Win2003 SP1 server. I can use an ISP email client and send an
email to my server. It arrives in the Queue folder just fine, but after a
few minutes it is sent to the Badmail folder. I open and look at the message
while it is in the Oueue folder and everything looks good. But, it just will
not transfer to the Drop/emaildomainname/mailbox.mbx file so that I can
access it with MS Outlook Express 6. Can anyone help me?????
