Hi,

If I configure a web application (cdosys or cdonts) to use a round
robin DNS hostname for sending email, what will happen when 1 of the 2
SMTP servers are down?

Our database and web application are pointing to a single IP for
sending email and we've had the server go down and not be able to send
mail. I know that I can't enter two Smart Host IP's. We are trying to
implement a way for failover during this process, is round robin DNS
and option?

Thanks,
Dan Foxley
