SMTP server has stopped sending

| Hi;
I've had the IIS SMTP server working fine for months. Now all of a
sudden it is not sending email. I restarted the SMTP server, then
tried restarting IIS, then tried rebooting the server. And in all
cases mail just sits in the Queue directory.
My program can connect to the SMTP server and get the mail to it. But
it does not send it on. And this includes email to our company email
addresses.
The rest of IIS seems to be working fine - see www.windward.net. It's
just SMTP.
Any ideas?

| And it just sent 1 of the queued emails (to me), but 9 remain,
including 2 to me.
