Default SMTP Virtual Manager doesn't appear in Internet Service Ma

I have installed everything in http://support.microsoft.com/kb/308161 and
even has registered regsvr32 c:\winnt\system32\inetsrv\smtpsnap.dll
successfully. I closed and reopen the Internet Service Manager but still
Default SMTP Virtual Server didn't appear. Anyone can me what step that I
have missed?
