Author Implement SPF into IIS SMTP?

I'm using an IIS SMTP inside a Win Serv 2003 Web Edition as a relay to
an Exchange server. I've already published an SPF policy for the domain.
And now I'm looking to make the SMTP server check for SPF records for all
incoming mails. In other words, I need to implement SPF in the SMTP server.

So far, I've just been able to find this "SPF event sink":
http://sourceforge.net/projects/spf-event-sink/

However, it's no longer active since beginning of 2005. Has anybody
tried it or is still using it? Is it good? Or is there any other
alternatives?

TIA

What does that mean? Do you mean what you've said about Vamsoft in
another thread I wrote?
