Setting up a web server to send and receive email.
|
|
|
| I asked this in another group, but this is probably a better place for
the question.
This may be a stupid question, but I've never done this before. I
have a web server (Server 2003) that will host an internet domain,
and
I need to be able to send and receive email on the domain. Sending
mail is no problem, but is it possible to receive email on the server
without and exchange server?

If you setup and configure the IIS SMTP server you can receive emails
without Exchange server.
