| the problem is this: I send an e-mail from one of our organization mail
server (the smtp gateway is the same); but recipient (whose mailbox resides
in the same exchange organization on another server) receive a ndr like this:
"your total session size exceeds maximum inbound size of xxxx kilobytes"
Any idea?
Thank you

If the _recipient_ receives an NDR, then it's an auto-reply or other
unattended response generated by the recipient's mailbox that is being
rejected -- not the original message.
What is the other information in said NDR?
In any case, "Maximum Session Size" is easy to find and tweak in the IIS
SMTP settings.
