IIS Index Server - HTTP Error 403

HTTP Error 403 - Status 198

Hi there,

Can anyone tell me what the likley cause of an HTTP error
403 - Status 198 is? This error is occurring when
performing an HTTP COPY using webdav.

Any help much appreciated as I have not been able to find
any information on the 198 status.
