Cannot View the Summary and Full excerpts for search query results

| When I execute a query I am able to view the search results,
abstracts, URl , etc in the search page but when I attempt to view the
Full or Summary view I am unable to see anything excerpts of the
contents of the file.
I have a similar solution currently set up and works on an NT 4.0 box
but on the 2000 machine it does not.
Does anyone have any ideas why this may be happening?
