| Hi KJ,
Can you please provide me with more detailed info for me to assist?
"Summary" and "detail" - Do you mean the Characterization and
Contents properties in Index?
"templates" - Which kind of templates? What's the application you are
using?
"Page Not Found" - Sounds like the 404 error of IIS? What's your OS
version?
Thanks & best regards,
WenJun Zhang

| I'm using Win2k Server. And the query.asp page that uses the qsumrhit.htw
and qfullhit.htw templates. I have it working on other servers with Win2K no
problems.
I have checked the mappings of the webhits.dll and all those required dlls
and they are all set okay.......I don't know what else to try. Index catelog
is set up find I can query and get the documents and the 350 word summary.
Thanks I would appreciate any ideas to try.

| Both of them just meet the "Page Not Found" error, right?
Make sure the .htw files do exist in the same directory of query.asp.
If they do, check if the IIS server is locked down or using UrlScan
filter: Open IIS mmc, right-click the server(computer icon) and open
its Properties, click WWW Service Edit. In ISAPI Filters tab, check
if UrlScan is installed. If it is, the .htw file extension may be
blocked by it.
If it isn't just the "Page Not Found" error, please send some
screenshots of the errors to my corp mailbox:

This should be helpful for me to better catch the poblem you met.
It's always our pleasure to be of assistance.
