Unable to view the Full and Summary highlights

I currently have a search page set up on a Windows 2000 machine, I am
able to perform searches and view the file abstracts and the links
work properly but I am however unable to view the Summary and Full
highlights for the contents of the file. The qsumrhit.htw condensed
highlighting form loads, but it is blank with no contents of the
search string.
Is there a configuration setting that needs to be applied that will
return the related file contents?
I appreciate any ideas in solving this issue.
Thanks Rennie

| In IIS do you have a application mapping for .htw?
Are you testing with the sample pages?
Thank You

What is meant by having an application mapping for .htw in IIS ? Where
can I check that configuration setting?
I am testing with the sample pages that were provided on the Microsoft
Site and they currently work in our NT4.0 set up.
What is interesting is that the links show up with the variables as
follows and do not resolve the variables:
<TITLE> <%CiRestriction%> in <%CIURL%> </TITLE>
But in our Production search the desired results are in the following
format, the format below is how it should display:
<TITLE> @Contents dallas in /production/documentation/clearnet/core
infrastructures/pix/e-commerce firewalls.xls </TITLE>
Please let me know what I should check.
Thanking you in advance for your help.

I made the configuration change to add the application mapping for the
..htw file type. So that is corrected which is great. Thanks..
I do have another issue with the following error message:
"The template file specified in CiTemplate cannot be found"
I checked on the website and found a fix so it needs to be tested.
The following is stated that can be done:
"The .htx file specified could not be found in any virtual or physical
path"
I am guessing that there is need to ensure that the folders in the
Index Service has the globes indicating that it is virtual.
Please let me know if this is accurate.
Thanks Rennie
