How To Index DocCreatedTm Metadata for PDF's in Indexing Service

| Windows XP Pro, Adobe Acrobat 6.0 Pro
I have a search page that searches pdf's for keywords. The search results also displays the DocTitle, DocSubject, and DocKeywords metadata of a pdf with the help of Adobe Ifilter 6.0 and Indexing Service. But I can't get indexing service to index the pdf's DocCreatedTm metadata. The DocCreatedTm metadata is the date the pdf was originally created. I've cached this property in indexing service but still no luck. Indexing Service can index this metadata for Microsoft Office documents(i.e. Word, Excel), but can't index for pdf's. It seems as if the Adobe IFilter is incapable of providing the DocCreatedTm. Does anyone know how to retrieve this metadata field for a .pdf? Please Help!!! | |
