Author Search for C++, C#, and C in documents

I'm trying to set up an Index Server index to search resumes, and need
to be able to search on C+_, C#, and C. I'm running Index Server on XP
SP3 - IIS6.

I can't get this to work right. I've searched this group, and found
some conflicting answers. I've tried the suggestions, but it still
doesn't work. I've tried having "C" in my noise words files
(noise.enu, noise.eng, and noise.dat), and tried removing them. But,
when I do a search for "C#", for example - I still get documents that
have C++ or C in them - not just the C# documents.

Please help!

Thanks.
