large pdf file often are not indexed

| Hello to all
my sistem is able to index a large number of pdf file. i've already
istalled the pdf filter.
The only problem is when I try to index a large pdf file, for example
larger than 20 mb, it gets no indexed easyer, i need to rename it or
delete and past again in the directory that get indexed.
It seems that the indexing service go in a timeout state.
I searched in the registry and i well tuned the keys about the
indexing service; but i didn't find any keys about the pdf filter.
Can anyone help me?

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControl
Set\Control\ContentIndex, and the
unit is k.

The keys was (and still is) 600,000 (600 Mb!), anyway when a pdf file
exceds 20 - 25 mb it get no indexed...
