IIS ASP - Scripting.Dictionary Object Error

Dear all

i am trying to create a dictionary object, i have written the code as.....

Set objSD = CreateObject("Scripting.Dictionary")

but its giving the error as

Library not registered.

so pls help me with code for the same........
