Is it possible to change the web.config or machine.config file to allow
access to an .asp page? I'm new to .Net 2.0. Thanks.

I got error:

Server Error in '/xxx1' Application.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

This type of page is not served.
Description: The type of page you have requested is not served because it
has been explicitly forbidden. The extension '.asp' may be incorrect.
Please review the URL below and make sure that it is spelled correctly.

Requested URL: /xxx/admin/upgrade.asp

classic asp or .Net?

There was no way for you to know it, but this is a classic asp newsgroup.
While you may be lucky enough to find a dotnet-savvy person here who can
answer your question, you can eliminate the luck factor by posting your
question to a newsgroup where the dotnet-savvy people hang out. I suggest
microsoft.public.dotnet.framework.aspnet.

For this question, I would suggest microsoft.public.vsnet.debugging
