WebLogic installation support - CreateStartMenu problem

Hello. I am running silent configuration on weblogic 8.1.

In my silentconfig.txt file I have

set CreateStartMenu "false";
set OverwriteDomain "true";
write domain to "<path to domain>";
close template;

The problem that I'm having is that it still creates a Start Menu.

I run this silent script through a Java program.

Any idea why this is happening and what I can do to solve it?
