WebLogic installation support - install on RH9 (Shrike)?

hi, I want to install the weblogic developer licensed evaluation product but
I see that the supported platforms include only the redhat enterprise
editions. I'm running Shrike (RH9) and don't particularly want to upgrade
to Enterprise.

will weblogic run on my box? will it run on Fedora?

In case you have not gotten an answer yet....

I have installed WLS8.1 on RH9 and it works fine.
