Hello,

I would like to obtain a license to activate XMLSpy 5, which came bundled with WebLogic. However, due to firewall constraints I cannot obtain a license using the License Manager, and there are no evident avenues of downloading this product version's lice
nses from Altova's website.

How can I access a license to activate this product?
