Invalid mime type error message from ISAPI plugin

We ran into the following error message:

Message from the ISAP plugin:

Invalid mim type /servlets/StartController.wlforward

This happened to only one user so it is not a major problem. But what
can be done to prevent this problem? I could not find anything on this
error message.
