And lest you think that Frank is the only bad apple in World Wide
Connect, Inc., you might find it interesting that WWC is owned by none
other than Lonnie Divine:

Lonnie Divine is also listed in connection with:

Unfortunately, Lonnie and Yvonne have a few legal problems:

September 10, 2003

Carol C. Lam, United States Attorney for the Southern District of
California, and Eileen J. O'Connor, Assistant Attorney General for the
Tax Division, Department of Justice, announced that a federal grand jury

with conspiracy and income tax evasion.

I've updated the page with more information on Frank Corsi and his recent
plea to the pres and vice pres to do something about us. He wants Bushy to
do something about the evil spam fighters that are blocking his business.

Of course, he seems to forget the fact he has a SPEWS record and two ROKSO
records which shows he was hosting Cyberpromo, and is a partner in crime
with Eddie Marin.

So, Frank, mind telling us again how innocent you are?

When this thread first started, I thought "Eh, another cart00ney... nothing
special." but now, a plea to the president? Wow. Isn't that a new category
altogether? I mean, cart00ney is just legal threats right? This goes into
hysterical levels. This adds a lot of net kook to cart00ney.

Frank: Rumor has it that many government agencies use blocklists. If you
weren't on one before, it's likely you're on one now. So even with the
remote _remote_ possibility that the president actually reads emails (doubt
it, 'cuz then he'd actually understand why CAN-SPAM can't work), it's very
likely he just chuckled at your stupidities and added you to the junk
folder.

sheesh, I've dealt with idiots before but damn...hats off to you Brian.

Corsi is all talk and no action.

The keystone cop at Miami Dade wont respond to press queries about his
threats against Blackholes.us.

Hal Turner seems to have vanished without a trace, with no suit against
SPEWS.

Bob Gray never followed thru on his suit against Five-Ten.

What is it with lawyers these days. Surely someone would be able to find
an attorney incompetent enough to take their suit to the next step.

If this keeps up, I'm going to start going short on popcorn futures.

You must mean Mark Felstein. I believe he's too busy making connections with
his cocaine dealer to take on new frivolous lawsuits.

For whoever cares, about the real story!

I was the tech contact for may companies, who operate datacenters.
I never had anything to spam about, but the colo and T-1 clients seem
to find things to spam about.

Eddie Marin and I have never met one time. Never had any dealings with
each other. Back in 1996 maybe a T-1 was sold to him and I was in
charge of the IP blocks for the ISP.

Cyberpromo went to a lady with a web cafe, an ISP I contracted work
from sold her a T-1. He colocated a server with the lady and spamm
spam spam away. I cut him off, and took his server to the ISP Nick
Nolter, who if you read enough in google you'll see he smashed the
server in the parking lot. LOL

Who uses Brian's list? No body I have talked to. It is down most of
the time from what I can see anyways.

Have fun guys, now I am in here I will be happy to anser your
questions. Hate for you to have to think about what I am doing. I can
just tell you.

Peace Out!

Then by your own public statements no one uses this list so the fact of your
name being on it will be seen by no one. Case over........go home now.

Cool, in the email you sent to AHBL's upstream
(http://www.ahbl.org/cart00nies/wwcnet/mail8.txt) you spoke of US law that
says nobody has the right to stop your customers from reaching your
websites. Please quote that law for everyone to see and give reasons why
this law applies to you.

I can tell you that the recently passed (you)CAN SPAM act gives networks the
ability and right to block unwanted communications. Maybe you were on the
bizarro-internet in the past, (the one that says that everyone has to accept
others' data).

NANAE awaits your answer.

[never heard of him... googling]
You mean Nick Nolter, CEO of World Net Companies? or is that Nick Nolter,
notorious credit card scammer. Seems to be the same person or at least 2
guys with the same exact name, in the same exact business, both somewhere in
Ft. Lauderdale, Fl.
Or maybe infamous online casino operator and payment processor, Nick Nolter
who allegedly didn't pay out winnings...oh wait, same guy. Never mind.
You said to do a search. I came up with that. sorry. I did find one page
that makes him look white hat. But only after finding many, many articals
that, well let's just say if I were you, I would think twice before bringing
him up in any form of defense. I guess you know him better than I can
through googling.

Okay, some questions I have:

1. What stroke of genius or imagination led you to file a complaint with
president@whitehouse.gov?
2. When a blocklist operator says he can't get you removed right away and
details why, why do you persist in making an XXX of yourself?
3. What other email domains do you host as I wish to add them all to my
access lists?

Thanks for your replies and your time,
Rich

I was not replying to the original poster of the list. I was adding to his

I think hes more worried that his future employers are going to see what a
dipshit and loose cannon he is, and not want to hire him. I mean, how many
companies out there would hire someone whos going to go around making
threats, pleading with the president to stop the evil spam fighters, making
threats to get IRC kiddies to bring me down and dig up dirt?

That was a different Frank Corsi (his cousin)
I had been with Frank (so called spammer) on and off for the past 2
years...don't know what he did in the past but I just wanted to let
you know He HASN'T done any spamming when I was with him and I have
witnessed getting rid of customers who were spamming in the different
data centers he worked in.
Believe me I'm not sticking up for him (I have a few bones with him
myself)but I think everyone involved is taking this too far...if your
