We have a few links on our site server site that we open
to new windows. We do this for pdf files or print view
files etc.

The site does not have anonymous access, so a username
and password are required.

For most users (99%), the new window thing isn't a
problem. But for a handful, when the new window pops up,
it sends them to the login page, instead of opening the
file.

I've tried just about every IE setting I can think of,
but I can't re-create the problem. I doubt it's a site
server setting, just because it works for most ... but I
could be wrong.

Any one else have any ideas? Even just a hint to get me
started in the right direction.
