How to calculate Ups Online?

Dear all,

Anyone know how to calculate Ups online, I mean we can connect to ups web site calculate Ups, not calculate it based to our database's ups data! Its values is that we should not update our db when ups rate is changed!

Anyone gives me some resource or tips! Thanks for any help
