I'm having a similar problem with mine. The phone line
is connected, but when I click on the Explorer, I get a
message saying the server couldn't be found. I then
noticed a message on the bottom left of the Explorer
screen that said "shdoclc.dll/dnserror.htm..I looked this
message up on a web search and founds lots of info on
it. Apparently, it's a software problem that Microsoft
knows about. The trouble is finding a way to contect
someone without having to pay $ for their services. (I'm
disabled & on a very limited income.) From what I've
read, a patch can be downloaded to fix the problem. It's
just finding where it's located. My best advice is to do
an engine search if you have an error message. If I find
out more, I'll let you know!
