Author not register with DCOM

I am getting the following in the event viewer:
"The server did not register with DCOM within the
required timeout"

Searching the Knowledgebase, only reveals DCOM errors
with TS and Citrix. This server is not configured for
either. Any ideas????

I got this when Norton Antivirus2004 keeps getting killed by windows.
