Cookie Error/Images Not Displayed
|
|
|
| We're currently running Site Server 3.0 and IIS 5.0 - ever
since we moved our servers to another datacenter last week
(and had to assign new IP's), we are unable to properly
access our retail site. After logging in (which is now
taking approx 1-2 min), images are no longer displayed,
and when clicking any other links, you receive a cookie
error stating that "To access this portion of the site,
your browser must be accepting cookies". This occurs
despite the fact that cookies are indeed enabled on the
browsers and all other browser settings are fine. What
could cause this to occur? Any help appreciated - I'm dead
in the water at this moment. To the best of my knowledge
this did not occur until we moved the servers.

| Clear your cookies, set the browser to prompt when a site attempts to set
cookies, visit the site and see if the cookies are set against the correct
domain.
