Author secondary DNS - how to...

Currently I have a windows 2003 server running AD and DNS and have finally
convinced my boss to have this server replicate to another for fail-over. My
question is; i just installed windows server 2003 on a new dell server and
it has been running an AD role only. I need to know how to add DNS to this
machine? Do i copy the same information from the current DNS server over to
this new server? If so...that would not be a real replication server, like AD
is. Is there a way to have it set up automatically without me doing anything
but just adding the role. Please help....
