I'm not sure where to post this. But anyway, I'm thinking of using crystal
report in my web application, and then when user clicks a button, the report
will be converted to a pdf.

We have subscribed to the msdn professional thing, do we need to acquire any
other license to do the above mentioned? The web application will be hosted
by another company.

You will need licensing for Crystal Reports, Crystal Enterprise, and Adobe
Acrobat.
