FYI, I never received any reply after I found a bug in their SW :[vbcol=seagreen]
Dear Sirs,

Your site says "If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with the
quality and results of 123LogAnalyzer, simply return it for a full
unconditional refund".
The installation file has been sent a while ago and I have not received
my payment back (Emetrix Order ID - E030705708624)!
Please send me my refund or I'll advertise this on the Internet!!!
