Server Slow Down Everyday at the same time

Hello, I have 2 clients which have 2003 Server. Both sites have a slow down
at 5:30-6:00. Both Servers have all the updates. One of the servers slows
down very quickly where it takes users up to 2 minutes to open a document and
the other server slows down and logs everyone off. I have Googled and
searched through Microsoft's knowledge as well as searched the postings here.
Perhaps I over looked something but I have Server 2003 installed with all
updates at other clients and have had no problems. I can't figure out what is
going on. Backups don't run until 2:00 a.m. so I am stumped as to why this is
happening.
