Thanks for your time.

I created a form within a website with comments and suggestions for users
from the internet.
My problem is: I receive the email from my network, inside the walls, but
from the internet, users can’t even hit the confirmation page and I don’t
receive the email.
Ports 80, 443, 25 and 110 are open.
When I test the form from my network, I receive the e-mail from the person
filling the form to my WS with no problems. In seconds, I have a e-mail in my
mailbox. When the form is accessed from the internet it takes several minutes
trying to load the confirmation page but it never does it and I don't receive
the e-mail.

Is there anything that I’m missing?

I really appreciate your help and time!
