I would appreciate any assistance with the following;

I am trying to setup a subweb in Frontpage. I have
followed various iterations of instructions regarding the
setup and security. I have successfully setup the sub
directory, but I am having some difficulty with
establishing the security ( passwords). When I go to the
try to acccess the server under TOOLS, it remains grayed
out.

is there another or better way to do it.
